Voyager 1 has been heading to the end of our solar system for the past 35 years! It is finally at the edge of our galaxy and we're waiting to see what happens next. The Voyager is fully built to fly itself and is considered to be one of the best pieces of technology. It is said that the Voyager travels one million miles a day.
"Once the spacecraft does cross over, it can measure the strength and direction of the magnetic field that’s pressing against the outside of the plasma bubble" says scientist Stone.

ReplyDeleteGreat start into the world wide world. I like what Voyager is carrying on board! If you have listen to Mr BACH COMES to Call , it opens with the countdown of the launch and what is on board!
ReplyDeleteWow! I've listened to that, but never knew that it was talking about the Voyager! That's so cool! :)
